A nice size rooms with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and ironing facilities. Very amiable staff and quick to respond.

Had a really good stay during my road trip. Received a complimentary upgrade to a double room with a fridge and microwave, which was a nice gesture. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to mountains, scenery, restaurants, and gas stations.

We were given a double room, it was large and brand-new.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the sweet lady at check-in and the friendly gentleman at check-out, were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the surrounding valley from its hilltop location. The exterior of the buildings and grounds were well maintained. The vinyl plank flooring in our room was a nice touch. We felt safe and comfortable as female travelers. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent little and good standard place to stay while travelling around Kingsport. Great value, taking into account other Kingsport's options. Amiable staff providing nice services. Exceptionally nice and perfect setting in the special area, just off restaurants.
